2021 has been a year that the world has combatted the ongoing pandemic of CV-19, resulting in the battle of the supply and demand, with requirements rushing back to normal but with conservative production, reduced labour force with decreased productivity and abnormal freight charges. The construction industry in India and globally are fighting budget and schedule overruns following soaring commodity and labour rates and squeezed timelines, following the Omicron variant. 

With the India Union budget on the horizon, India also waits to see how the Government looks to address the inflation on consumer and commodity prices, the future of construction and the investment policies.
