The £28.25m build comprised the demolition of an existing office building and the construction of 8 storeys including a basement, lower ground, ground and five further floors.

Each 'Cat A' office floor provides high quality office space across open and expansive floors and terraces on the upper floors offering the best views in St James’s. The Gleeds team provided cost management and employer’s agent services throughout the process of this build.

Each floor of this new construction benefits from natural lighting on three elevations and wide views to the surroundings including the square itself, Duke of York Street and Apple Tree Yard. The natural theme is also reflected in the rich palette and grand façades adding to the perfect harmony that already exists with other architecture in the square.
