Century Square

The first phase of the signature tower project located on Bellary road, Bangalore covers a total area of 13.5 acres.

The tower will be spread on 17 floors and will have a BUA of 1m sq ft. including a retail zone of approximately 3,660 sq ft. The building must be designed with a GRIHA-4 star and pre-certified IGBC / LEED Green Platinum Rating.
